Admin / Program Support

Position Description

Supporting three (3) program staff with Partners In Research to process teacher account applications online, create/update teacher/expert and student profiles, update and validate the client database. Use your creative skills to create or adapt promotional materials and communication tools.

Skills Preferred

Demonstrated interest in Science, Technology, Engineering and/or Math Good written and verbal communication skills in English Positive interpersonal skills Comfortable working in MS Office or MAC OS Experience in data entry an asset Knowledge of French

Social Media Volunteer

Position Description

The social media assistant for will work within the Social Media team at Partners In Research and will create (or assist in the creation of) a social media editorial calendar, create and execute regular Twitter postings under 3 separate accounts, post to 2 separate Facebook pages and/or write blog posts in support of the mandate of the organization to support education in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.

Skills Preferred

Familiarity / expertise /active personal profile with various social media platforms Demonstrated interest in promoting education Interest in Science, Technology, Engineering and/or Math Good written and verbal communication skills
