A certificate of merit is also awarded for the top essays from each grade level, as well as the opportunity for a grand prize winner to be a “Scientist for a Day.” This student will spend the day visiting research laboratories, and having lunch with a Canadian scientist. The adjudication process is coordinated by Partners in Research. The contest will be held again in fall of 2006. For contest rules, submission forms and full details, please visit this page again at that time.
